Eating is very important. Brain needs enough energy. Do not eat much. Eat more healthy food.

 Wholegrains food are healthy and boost your brainpower.

There is a powerful antioxidant in tomatoes. It could help protect against the kind of free radical damage to cells which occurs in the development of dementia, particularly Alzheimer's.
3. Oily fish
Essential fatty acids (EFAs) cannot be made by the body so we must obtaine from plant or fish. Fish oil is very important for healthy brain function.

Eat more B-rich foods like chicken, fish, eggs and leafy greens.
6. Banana
 Banana can help you think faster, better and remember more easily like oranges, strawberries, blueberries too. Eat more from these fruits.
7. Broccoli
Broccoli is great source of vitamin K which helps cognitive function and improve brainpower.
8. Blueberries
Vitamin C protects against age-related brain degeneration. This fruit is an excellent brain fuel. Blueberries may be effective in improving or delaying short term memory loss.
Blueberries can help you think faster, better and remember more easily like oranges, strawberries, bananas too.
9. Nuts and seeds
Nuts and seeds can lead to greater mental alertness. These foods are rich in protein and E vitamin. Nuts can prevent cognitive decline, particularly in the elderly.

Cheese is a protein-rich food which can lead to greater mental alertness. You can eat cheese and whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk or yogurt.
